1. Services Provided
match-cut.com provides a suite of online animation tools, allowing users to import audio and sync it to animations, create unlimited projects, and export media in various formats (such as MP4 and GIF). The features and capabilities available to you depend on your selected subscription tier.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
We offer different subscription tiers to meet your needs:
- Starter (Free): Includes access to all animation tools, audio import & sync, unlimited projects, community support, 500MB of cloud storage, and watermarked MP4 exports.
- Premium: A paid subscription billed monthly or annually. It includes all Starter features, plus unwatermarked full GIF and MP4 exports, a commercial license, priority support, and 5GB of cloud storage.

3. User-Uploaded Media Assets
As part of our services, you may upload various media assets to match-cut.com, including but not limited to SVGs, video files, images, and audio files.
- Ownership and Privacy: You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the media you upload.
- No Third-Party Sales: match-cut.com strictly respects your privacy and data security. We do not and will not sell, rent, license, or distribute your uploaded media assets to any third parties under any circumstances.
- Strict Access: Your uploaded files are kept entirely confidential and are stored securely so that they are only accessible and available to you via your specific user account.
- Storage Limits: You are responsible for managing your files within your allotted cloud storage limits (500MB for Starter, 5GB for Premium).
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Your Exports: Your right to use the final animations and exported files depends on your subscription plan. Starter users receive watermarked exports for personal or non-commercial use. Premium users are granted a commercial license for all unwatermarked animations created and exported during their active subscription period.
- Our Platform: match-cut.com retains all ownership rights to the underlying software, animation tools, website design, and proprietary code used to provide our services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use match-cut.com to create, upload, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, or is otherwise malicious. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or misuse our cloud storage infrastructure.
6. Service Availability and Data
While we strive for high uptime, match-cut.com does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend keeping local backups of your important SVGs, audio files, and exported animations, as we are not liable for accidental data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, match-cut.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our animation tools, cloud storage, or exported files, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
